American Legion
Ambulance Service
Membership Program (Ground Only)
American Legion Ambulance Service is committed to providing our patients with the very best care, protecting your Life, Health and Safety. Our membership program can help protect your pocketbook as well.
If you or someone in your family requires transport from American Legion Ambulance, will your out-of-pocket expenses be covered? American Legion Ambulance’s average ambulance bill is over $2,800. If you have a high Medicare or insurance deductible, or are on a fixed income, it may be difficult to cover these costs.
The membership protects you, your spouse and legal dependents against out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles and co-payments that may not be covered by your insurance policy, Medicare, or other health benefits provider.
This membership program is not an insurance policy, nor is it meant to be a substitute for health insurance.
Terms of Service for Ground Membership.
For only $100.00 a year, ($75.00 a year for active Post 108 members of The American Legion) your covered for medically necessary ambulance transports. With the membership program, you're covered whether you live at home, in a senior living center, or nursing home.
